What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For example, if you’re wanting to build an ADU, you first need to obtain permits. We’re able to supply a full set of blueprints (including site plan and Title 24) and help with the submission until you get your permit for $5500. Some sites offer these for a comparable price but do not include your site plan which would run you a couple of thousands extra.
