I am incredibly frustrated with my experience. I scheduled two separate appointments to have my lawn serviced, and both times resulted in a no-call, no-show.
What makes this even worse is that I specifically arranged for time off work to be home for these appointments. It’s one thing to have a scheduling conflict, but to provide zero communication after a customer has sacrificed their own wages and time is completely unprofessional.
If you value your time and expect basic communication, look elsewhere. They clearly don't respect their customers.
