I have trained 5 times with Matt so far and I hope to keep doing it for a long time. He is a great teacher who helps me to get the max out of my workouts. Matt has a nice attitude about what he does. I recommend him to anyone that wants to get in shape.

Matt has really been importent in getting some strength back. Im 76 years old and I am in better shape now then I was at 55. He is so aware of how much you can and cannot do in excerzising. We work on upper body, core and legs. Really the best!!!

I highly recommend Matt Vegvary as a personal trainer. His training style is very customized to meet your specific goals. The exercises that we do are very well balanced and sometimes a very good challenge. I like all of the exercises that we do together. I especially like the "variety" of exercises we do so that I don't feel like I'm only do one kind of exercise. I really like how Matt explains the exercises, proper form and benefit of each exercise. I am very pleased with Matt's personal training program. Matt is also helping me with my nutrition so that I can obtain my personal fitness goals. Currently I'm training with Matt and have been now for a couple of months at least 2-3 times per week with an added bonus. The bonus is a fun, super positive, high-energy group "Boot Camp". Matt's "Boot Camps" are a perfect way to start off my weekend.
