Tony and the crew were excellent! They were able to complete the project In efficient time and even come sooner than my request. They made the process seamless and found the stone for me and even brought their own plumber for the install. I had my island , kitchen counters, bathroom counter and kitchen backsplash installed. They did such an exemplary job and we were so happy. They were friendly , professional , communicative and made suggestions we didn’t even think of. The end result was beautiful! I felt lucky we found them and would highly recommend to anyone.

I’ve talked to and gotten quotes from 4 different countertops specialists and on the surface they all sounded very qualified and capable of delivering a good product. The more I talked to these companies and learned about the product and processes they all say the same general information, it all sounds great and convincing to the average lay person. However, Di Franco Stone Specialists stood out from all other competitors with a more personal approach. They were always quick to respond to my concerns and questions. They gave my wife and I personal tour of their facility and explained in detail their entire process. Coming from an engineering/design background myself I was in total understanding and agreement with their approach and I was totally convinced that they would give me exactly what I wanted. Anyone who is concerned with matching the stone pattern/design with adjoining pieces can rest assured that Di Franco Stone Specialists will deliver the best possible results. The installation process went very smoothly. The installers were quick but careful and very neat and did a thorough job cleaning their work site. We were very, very happy and satisfied with the results. I highly, highly recommend Di Franco Stone Specialists if you are concerned with high quality at a very reasonable price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies broadly from project to project. Many times the largest difference in price is due to material selection. Additionally, project details such as size and customizations (i.e. edge profile, unique shapes) impact the pricing of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We happily begin with a free estimate of their project followed by an in-house consultation to discuss project details such as material and edge profiles. We welcome them to a tour of our shop and slab yard to transparently show the work process and traditionally end it with a shot of espresso!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the stone industry for over 30 years. Our license ensures our quality of work and product delivery to the customer's satisfaction.
