One-Star Review for Aquaman Pool CareAbsolutely terrible experience. My team and I have been trying to reach this vendor after a check was mistakenly issued to them, but they have been completely ignoring our calls and messages. We even sent a certified letter requesting the return of the payment, trying to resolve this the right way, yet they have refused to cooperate.We are now left with no choice but to escalate this matter legallyincluding filing a police report, taking legal action, and pursuing small claims court. Rest assured, we will not stop until we recover our funds or ensure that criminal action is taken.This could have been easily resolved with a simple conversation, but instead, we are forced to escalate. Absolutely unacceptable behaviorclearly a one-star service provider. Beware before doing business with them.
