Ray came highly recommended from a close friend. We had some bad root infiltration during our home inspection that required hydro jetting. He was extremely responsive and communicative, and was able to even accommodate us when we had to push back the date. He did an excellent job, walked me through the entire process while explaining everything in detail, and the final results looked amazing! He even offered to check a few other issues I had concerns about, and gave multiple great recommendations.Overall, hiring contractors can seem daunting. I can attest that Ray is extremely caring, genuine, honest, and personable. I would highly recommend and use him again for any future plumbing issues.

Ray was recommended to me through a friend and I had a bad experience with him. First of all he couldn't do half of the things I needed done and I had to schedule another plumber that can actually get the work done. Second, he charged me more than twice his initial quote cause he kept doing add-ons! And he was so rude while he couldn't do the job and I was trying to find a solution, he kept saying he has other jobs to do later that day and rushed me. He charges an arm and a leg to do bare minimum and the least he can do is pay a bit attention and be honest, but apparently that's too much to ask! And the worst part that made me real mad was he came to me and said after closing hot water valve, he can't open it and I'm not going to have hot water. Unless I pay him extra $125 to change the valve. He should be ashamed of himself for behaving like this and running such a shady business. Karma will for sure get him one day. He was ready to leave my place and I went to test the valves he had installed and realized he messed up hot and cold water. That's the level of service you get from this man. And the final number he showed me and asked me to pay was something on the calculator instead of itemized receipt. He just added up random numbers for all the initial jobs he was supposed to do, and I had to remind him of the jobs he didn't do that I shouldn't be paying for. Terrible terrible behavior all around.

Armin you unfortunately bought the wrong parts after we explained to you multiple times you cannot just buy whatever trim set you like and install a new trim plate and handle on an old shower valve if it’s not made for that specific valve it doesn’t work like that. It just isn’t possible. And yes we are very busy and have multiple customers to attend to we spent about 45 minutes explaining to you why it wouldn’t work and you still insisted on us using the parts you bought. We apologize if we made you feel like we were in hurry but our goal is to attend all of our customers in a fair timely manner.
The price you were charged to change your angle stop was 125 because it wasn’t turning back it on it seized after you turned it off. This was discussed before doing so and you agreed to it no body forced you to do anything. We do not run a shady business everything we did was agreed on prior to any repairs made.
We cannot please everyone however thank you for your review and we apologize on our behalf for any misunderstandings.

This was my second service call to Ray and his team. They came first thing tge following morning, just right after Superbowl Sunday and did an excelkent job replacing my toilet and two bathroom faucets.They're very peofessional, fast and their price is so reasonable!
