- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Installation usually costs $250–$500, depending on roof height, cable length, and mount type. The price includes mounting, wiring, and testing. Custom setups or upgrades may cost more. Contact us for a quick quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’ll discuss to understand your needs and setup. Then we schedule a visit, do the install, and test everything to make sure it’s working right. We’re happy to answer any questions along the way and offer support after the job’s done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re trained in low-voltage systems, satellite and networking installs, and have hands-on experience with Starlink, security cameras, and AV setups. We stay current with industry standards to ensure safe, reliable work.
