Introduction

My name is Enea Strora, I am a wedding filmmaker and photographer based in Napa Valley. I love traveling and I like capturing the moments of couples all over the world composing the traditions, and the different wedding cultures. My goal as a cinematographer is to create a video spontaneous and full of emotions. For me, every wedding is a new challenge to capture these moments without being noticed. In one sentence, my wife and I could not be happier that we picked Enea as our photographer & videographer for our wedding! Now I'll get into the details... starting from the beginning, leading up to the event, the day of, and all the way till the day the pictures&videos are delivered, it never felt like a business transaction (worrying about how many hours, or pictures count, or charging for this and that), it felt like a personal relationship with someone who genuinely cared to produce the best outcome, accommodating our style and our needs. The day of the wedding, Enea and Hayley showed up early and were with us every step of the way until the end. With their light presence, their humor, and professionalism, they took the stress off and made it an enjoyable day by capturing every little moment. It was really a pleasure, which reflected on our mood throughout the day. Then, when we got the video+photos package, what a nice surprise and a beautiful touch. I had to videotape my wife opening the packages and go through the little surprises he had for us in there. In summary, his work exceeded our expectations. The highlight video was definitely a hit. Amazing work all around.

Our entire wedding day I caught myself saying over and over "I am SO glad we got the video!" There is so much happening that you're having fomo at your own party. Having Enea and his second shooter Haley there to capture our day was one of the best investments we could have made. After being ghosted by our videographer one week out, we had to sit back and think about how important this was or was not going to be to us. We decided to throw up the bat signal and see if we could find someone with a week's notice. From my first call with Enea, he was so helpful and transparent. He even helped me to work through some of the other proposals we had gotten. We loved the style of ES Media's previous work and pulled the trigger 5 days out. Our prep call was efficient and thorough, which was important to us given the time crunch we were in and all of the other things we had to deal with that week. Day of, Enea and Haley were punctual and got straight to it with minimal direction. They worked seamlessly with our photography team and made us both feel very comfortable. Throughout the night, we barely noticed them working hard in the background. The last shot of our video is a close up of the last spin of our first dance and I truly do not even remember noticing them within feet of me (and the shot is EPIC). At the end of the night we were sad to say bye to them because they were so nice to have there! We could not be more satisfied with the video that Enea delivered. The music, the editing, the way he captured our friends and our vibe, it was all perfect. What we loved about his style is that it felt timeless, not trendy, while making us look and feel like stars. Special attention was given to lighting and audio which made it so polished and professional, and it looks awesome even on the biggest TVs. We are so so grateful to Enea and Haley for this amazing keepsake we will have forever. One of the best vendor decisions we made for our wedding was hiring ES Media and we would do it again in a heartbeat!

We hired Enea as our Videographer for our wedding, August 14, 2022. He was able to capture the essence of being there, making the viewer feel immersed through his artistic eye. Prior to the day, we had a zoom meeting, where we got to discuss in detail our vision, what he could offer, and ask any questions we had. He listened to our ideas, paid close attention to our shot list, and even did a few twists of his own which turned out to go above and beyond what I could ever ask for. Enea is kind, detail oriented, and an expert in his field. You won’t be disappointed, he deserves the highest praise. Enea, we can’t thank you enough for being there to capture the best day of our lives, and easing our worries having everything taken care of.

Before going into the pictures, I just want to say that it was an absolute pleasute working with Enea. He was very patient and made us feel comfortable while instructing us on how to pose and allowing us to act natural. Enea is very friendly and a fun-loving person. So glad we found him to take our Anniversary pictures. As for the pictures and video, they were phenomenal. When we received the pictures me and my husband both got teary-eyed because we were so satisfied with the memories that Enea helped create. We never got the chance to get a photoshoot done during our wedding and 7years later when we decided to do one it was more than we expected. We can't wait to work with Enea in the near future and we are definitely recommending him to our friends and family!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work really hard to work with my clients to find pricing that works for their budget. My biggest recommendation for couples looking to get a discount on their shoot is to schedule on weekdays!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to start by doing an intake phone call that lasts between 10-30 minutes (sometimes longer if we are vibing!). The phone call allows me to get information about the vibe of the couple's project, understand what equipment I will need, and overall make sure every package I offer is tailored to the client's needs. It also helps set up a relationship so the couple feels comfortable reaching out to me anytime they have a question.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a photographer and videographer for 7 year across Europe and the US. I have lived in Greece, France, Spain, and the US, in Boston and now in the Napa Valley Area. My travels have helped me relate to all my couples and I have had the honor of shooting so many different types of couples and events.
