I was expecting him to come out and give me a hire bid than was estimated on the phone..... instead he gave some good advice on how to fix for less and charged nothing for the trip. Very honest

James came out to see what my problem was and quickly identified another leak that I wasn't even aware I had. The next day, he and his apprentice came out and fix the leaks quickly and completely cleaned up all the debris. He even went the extra mile by noticing that my sprinkler pipes were leaking, and showed us how to fix it, as it was something that was a pen easy DIY. I really appreciated that he was mindful of my budget, honest with his work and most of all, he really knows his trade! He is amazing!!

James showed up 20 min after calling. My toilet was leaking water all over my bathroom floor.he fixed it w/ no prob in no more than 15min. Having to remove the toilet, replace wax, bolts, and caulking. Such a life saver!! Super kind, sweet, gentleman also. :) *******10*******

Troy, the technician, a polite and courteous young man, arrived on time. He repaired everything I requested. Although he ran into a problem on one of the projects, he returned to finish the job a couple of days later as promised. This company is amazing! They're affordable, reliable, and honest to a fault which is rare now a days. I will definitely keep them in mind should another plumbing issue arises. A very satisfied customer.
