- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a little higher than average because I have been to school and put in the time it takes to receive the proper training and certifications to do the job effectively.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will start with a phone consultation to go over clients needs and expectations and discuss my teaching technique. I will give the client an opportunity to ask any questions and make sure I am the right fit for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with animals for over 30 years independently, as well as at the Placer SPCA socializing feral and semi-feral kittens, and with different dog breeders. I have completed my pet CPR and first aid course certification, as well as, my dog training, cat training, pet massage, and pet nutrition certifications.
