My ice maker stopped working. Michael from PFC gave me two repair options, starting with the most affordable one. Since he works for himself, the price was very fair.He wore gloves with everything, which I really appreciated. He also fixed my dishwasher using specialized GE diagnostic equipment to test all the systems. Roseville

Excellent service. The technician called 20 minutes before arriving and carefully inspected my washing machine. He clearly explained the issue and went over all the options with me. He recommended replacing the lid lock first before moving to a more expensive repair. I appreciated his honesty and transparency about the costs. He didn’t try to oversell anything.
