Michael came to my house right away when my refrigerator wasn't working. He quickly took apart shelves inside and pulled out a part. He showed it to me, told me that was the problem, showed me the price and immediately went to the store to pick it up. He returned shortly, installed the new part and put everything back together. Cleaned up and even gave me Veteran's/Senior discount. He is the best. I will use him for any of my appliance needs in the future. Thanks Michael

Excellent service. The technician called 20 minutes before arriving and carefully inspected my washing machine. He clearly explained the issue and went over all the options with me. He recommended replacing the lid lock first before moving to a more expensive repair. I appreciated his honesty and transparency about the costs. He didn’t try to oversell anything.
