Personal Training

I went on a search for a personal trainer to lose weight and be able to become more flexible and have better stamina. It took me quite some time, but once my first training session with Bracin occurred, I knew I found the right trainer. Bracin is extremely punctual which is important when you have a tight schedule. He tailors the workouts towards my needs and most importantly he has the ability to motivate me even when I am struggling to get through a work out. Bracin is exceptionally knowledgeable about fitness, stretching, movement, basketball, and getting in shape. I would highly recommend Bracin to any person who is needing a trainer.

Basketball Lessons

If you’re looking for someone to help take your game to the next level, look no further. Bracin is hands down the best trainer we’ve ever worked with. He’s so good at what he does, I’m amazed at the progress my 15yr old daughter has made after just 3 (3 hour) sessions with him. Her high school basketball coach wanted her to fix her shot, which of course takes time. She couldn’t hit 3’s anymore, worked on it most of the pandemic on her own, said nothing she did felt right. Bracin came in, watched her, noticed a minuscule thing she was doing that nobody else caught and helped her fix it. Last game of the season, hit 5 threes’s all in the first quarter. Need I say more? This guy is it.

Basketball Lessons

My daughter broke her ankle and tore the ligament. I was not anticipating having her play comp so soon after surgery, when she was released I found Bracin to do private training. My experience as a concerned parent has been amazing. He goes beyond training my child, he learns how she learns to effectively cater to her needs, understands the team training program, offers different approaches to train her physically overall, he is very responsive and flexible. We are so pleased with her progress and she excited for every opportunity to train

Personal Training

Bryson is super caring and really takes his clients getting better personal. He treats every person no matter how much experience they have with the best of care. He personalizes their workouts based on your needs and skill level. He also just a great person to be around. He keeps you pumped and really gives it all without being a drill sargent. If you want to “level up” he’s your guy. -Tank

Basketball Lessons

Bracin(skyabve) is a great trainer that actually wants his athletes to reach their goals. He takes his time in teaching and helping the athlete understand the concepts. I would definetly reccomend him as a trainer to anyone as he has a flexible schedule, is very reliable, and has great communication skills.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have recently relocated to Sacramento from my home base of Los Angeles to help my mother because of Covid—19, as she falls in the high risk category. I have altered my rates in the Sacramento region to establish a local cliental. - Rate - $100 hr/session - $10 for travel over 30miles - $20 for travel over 50miles - $30 for travel over 100miles - Location - Sacramento/Antelope I do not mind going a little longer if the session requires it. Feel free to ask me about additional discounts for referrals, groups, virtual (facetime/zoom) sessions or any other questions you may have about the rates.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1st session is usually a get to know each other session. I take a little more time to explain what and why we are doing certain workouts and what the benefits are and at the same time I am learning how your body works and responds to certain workouts and movements to see where you are at physically and mentally so we can figure what pace, reps etc is best for you to start at. I am a firm believer that the coach and athlete work together. I love communication. I will stress to always ask questions if you have them. I will never have someone do something I have never done or can’t explain. Reaching your goals should be a balance of working smarter, not harder and also having fun during the process.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

-Competed in the U.S. Olympics Trials -Pro Track & Field athlete Drew League (top pro-am basketball league in the world) -JBL (top pro-am basketball league in LA). -10+ years of youth basketball & track and field coaching/training. - Kobe Bryant Academy - Michael Jordan Flight School - Kenny “The Jet” Smith Carolina Basketball Camp
