Greg B. I had the opportunity to work with Lauren when I first decided that it was time to improve my physical fitness. Lauren was a valuable resource in improving my nutrition. She always made time to educate me, not only by recommending specific foods or nutrition plans, but explaining the science behind those recommendations.
When it came to my actual workouts, Lauren always knew when I was holding back and would call me out, not allowing me to cheat myself. She also made sure that I scaled back the intensity when I had, or was rehabbing, an injury.
Lauren knows how to get the most from her clients and does so in a safe manner. She is strict when it comes to performing movements correctly as she truly has her clients best interest at heart.
Overall, Lauren is a very knowledgeable and motivating trainer. Anybody who chooses to work with Lauren will see the benefit of doing so.
