- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce my self , Im allways honest with my custermers,never try to upsale somethings they dont need ,but i like to suggest what they need for their best interest , it is on the custermers what they want to do ,never pressure them it any way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides all the carpet clases (IICRC) that I took to perform my everyday job ,I have an associate .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started cleaning apartments with my lovely wife of 35 years ,one day the aparment manager needed a carpet cleaner ,I bought the machine went to IIRCR clases in a week I was cleaning carpet .My first job I want to impress the custermer and trying to take a stubborn stain I spend an hour do it ,end up being a shadow,never again.
