I needed a damaged duct replaced and Range Exhaust Fan vented to outside. Did a temporary fix to get some heat to the bedroom due to high demand. Schedule repair a few days later when there was an opening. Great job and respected my property, didn't leave a mess and offered great suggesting for future upgrades. Excellent customer service!

Chris and his crew worked out great and I would use them again. Nice and thorough, looked at all ducting and other brands of units and the Train was the best deal for my app.

Chris was amazing. Was able to come by for a maintenance the next morning. Carefully and thoroughly went through the entire system with me. Wrote down recommendations based on need now versus wait. And was able to come the very next day to fix the main issue. Airflow is back! Thanks Chris!

Chris was great. Chris did a quality work, not rushing through the job: he cleaned and vacuum the unit, on the inside; on the outside, he cleaned up the outside unit; and knew about reading the diagram and knew the age of the equipment. When Chris arrived, he was very professional, he stated his price and what services that he does provide, one more time. Of course, some of the information was already given, through Thumbtack. There were no hidden fees. When contacting Chris, he responded, right away. On arriving to the house, Chris gave an ETA. Chris did arrive, base on the ETA. Another item that was great, were the options. Several options were given out, to me. The options were explained, along with the cost.

1) full system maintenance both heat and air , cost $95.00 (1.5-2 hours to complete) 2) standard no heat/cool diagnostic is at $65.00 but is waived with repair and repairs are of a flat rate price list
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to educate my customers . I prefer to show not just tell my customers step by step the diagnostic/maintenance process , I feel that it builds trust and demonstrates the value in the services I provide.

I am BPI (building performance institute) certified , NATE (north American technical institute) certified , Heat exchanger experts certified
