Introduction: I have been a carpenter and framer for the last 20 years and enjoy working with wood and outdoor projects. I primarily specialize in building sheds and ADU's. Let me start out by saying Anatoliy and his wife are such sweet people that were very patient with me for nearly a year while I figured out what I wanted my shed to look like.Everything from the time frame that the shed will be built, the quality, when Anatoliy will arrive onsite was SPOT ON. It is very rare to find people that uphold their word and promises.The shed is of the highest quality possible. I was worried when the wind storm came about a month ago where winds reached high speeds but the shed stood strong through it. I saw the models that home depot had at some of their locations that had fallen over. I have such a peace of mind that this shed will stand forever! Thank you for your help in this build.DEFINETLY highly recommend this husband and wife local business. Telling all my friends about them.

Had a phone conversation where he quoted more than what's listed in his website and said that it was a mistake. Sent him a few emails for an updated quote and followed up with txts but never heard back. Doesn't seem like a legitimate business.

Constantly raising prices. Price goes up $1250 from a previous quote given only 3 months prior. Initial quote was $3600 for a 5x15 lean to shed, 3 months later the same shed is $4850?? No change in build setup.Anatoliy states a quote is only good for one month. Ok well that's fine. I could understand if prices went up a little within the 3 months. But $1250 increase in 3 months?? Very unprofessional response and telling me to come build the shed if I don't like the price. Stating prices of material went up. Prices of material went up enough to account for a $1250 increase within 3 months on a shed that was only $3600 to begin with. Things don't add up. Alot of wasted time in the end. I was told to just let him know when I was ready as I was awaiting concrete being poured. Then springs the price difference on me acting like he didn't remember my quote. BEWARE as nothing stays consistent!!Kept trying to claim it was because I changed something on the shed or added something new (increasing price) the project remained the same. Yet the price changed $1250 within less than 3 months? Hmmm

As discussed before back in November the price we gave you was an estimate. For the size of the shed you wanted, with sliding doors, a regular door and a bigger window changed the prices. When we wrote back in November I was willing to throw in a 2x2 window in for you at no cost. Sorry you feel this way about our business and we hope you find somebody that is able to provide you with what you are looking for in the future. Best of luck in search!

The prices will always include the cost of labor and materials, unless told otherwise. Pricing varies depending on the size of the job and the length of time it may take. The only fees we charge are if you would like to use a credit card for payment.

Call, email, or text us anytime. Let us know what you are looking for and we will go from there. We have many repeat customers that love our sheds and builds that they get more and different styles.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am working on getting a license at the moment but those do take time and studying between work and family is defiantly hard. I have about 5+ years of experience working with concrete and industrial materials. And worked 2 years in a company primarily building houses from start to finish. Have been doing sheds and luxury ADU's for the last 6 years. Other than that I have worked for many years for different companies doing many different construction jobs.
