I recently had a Tesla Wall Connector installed at my new home in Roseville through LUGO Energy Inc., and I cannot say enough good things about the experience—especially thanks to Yuri, who handled the installation.
The City of Roseville’s permitting process has recently changed, which made the wait unexpectedly long and frustrating. But Yuri was incredibly understanding throughout the entire process. He was patient, professional, and helped troubleshoot every hurdle with the city efficiently and with a great attitude.
Today, he completed the installation, and I was once again impressed. He showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and worked with precision and care. Yurii was wonderful. We hired him for one small job (to replace our lobby bathroom lights to LED)- he did such a great job that we hired him TWICE more! He responded quickly to our requests, provided a quote within a few hours, and when we approved his quote, came out a few days later (only that long because he was waiting on parts he'd ordered). He worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend hiring him for any electrical needs!
