At Primespec Construction, we provide clear, detailed estimates with transparent pricing. Costs are based on the scope of work, materials selected, and level of finish. There are no hidden fees, and payment schedules are outlined before the project begins. We focus on delivering long-term value and quality craftsmanship rather than cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand your vision, budget, and goals. We’ll meet at your home or job site to assess the space, discuss options, and answer questions. After that, we provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the project, maintain clear communication throughout, and ensure everything is completed to a high standard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Associate Degree of Applied Arts with a concentration in Interior Design, along with hands-on construction experience. We are also a licensed Class B General Contractor. This combination of design knowledge and structural expertise allows us to deliver projects that are both functional and visually refined.
