Achievements My daily experience includes all phases of planning, conceptual design, and architectural and engineering design, in addition to specifications, construction documents, project reports and project management. I've been a managing partner with the architectural and planning consultant, DeMars & Maletic, for 15 years. I've also been a promotional services director with a bridge consulting engineering firm, T.Y. Lin International, for 13 years. I've done seismic evaluation of 60 buildings within 60 days following the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake in San Francisco.
