My typical process for working with a new costumer begins with a brief consultation to understand their goals, needs and expectations. From there, I provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline and pricing. Once we agree on the terms, I begin the project and maintain open communication throughout to ensure alignment and satisfaction. I also provide regular updates and am available for questions or feedback at every stage.

I have hands-on experience and practical training in various areas of home repair and maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, painting ,calking and more others. My skills have ben developed through both formal learning and many successful projects completed for satisfied clients.
