Mathew was great ! For the last 6 months I thought I had to rewire my kitchen lights turns out it was just a faulty old ballast box. He also fixed my drawer he noticed it wasn’t sitting right and needed a new screw. Thank you Mathew

I give Mithcell a Five-Star-Puls-Plus!!! Awsome job! He did what the first smarthome contract (TaskRabbit) was unable to do, and Geek Squad unable willing to do. (In all fairness, Geek Squad made it clear, that they could send someone for my project, but their technician would not be trained in all my products and requests, and that it would be a hit-or-miss--I appreciate the honesty.) Nonetheless, Mitchell understood the end goal of the project, understood how the products needed to work together, and was successful to that end. He was dogged in acheiving that end--he stayed until the project was fully completed. He is very, very technical, yet was able to communicate in laymen's term at every step in the project. Finally, I must say the quality is more than I expected: My Alexa SmartHome Control Panel and Aeotec Hub work seamlessly together to give me the operation I wanted from the smart devices and the control-panel look that I hoped for. I would certianly use he service agian, and I highly recommed him.
