I can’t express enough how happy I am with the work done by Ihor from Well Done Construction on my doorinstall. I was in a bind because I have a renter moving in tomorrow and my usual contractor couldn’t come out for another week to change a barn door out for a prehung lockable door. I reached out to Well Done Construction and Ihor was quick to respond, punctual, and very professional. The space was larger than the prehung door so he had to frame it in and he let me know ahead of time everything he planned on doing after he quickly assessed the situation. As soon as we agreed on the plan he was extremely efficient and did all the work beautifully including the finish work and trim. The original door bought turned out to be broken so he even returned for me and got a better one at a discount! He did all the work at a very reasonable price and truly saved the day! I will definitely be calling him again for future projects and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for excellent construction work!

Each project is special and even two similar projects can be really different and due to many nuances it is difficult to say a specific price. However, I always try to give discounts to regular customers
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, the very first thing is of course getting to know each other. Find out what problem the client has in as much detail as possible in order to draw up a detailed plan for solving it. And of course, discuss the price
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I didn’t graduate from any special institute or college. It’s more of an experience of doing work when you know in practice what will be better in a given situation.
