I had a very critical need to have some rapid housecleaning assistance. I found that Ana’s services fit what I needed and she was able to schedule within 3 days. I scheduled a deep clean which is expensive but what I needed post pandemic. She listened to what I needed and incorporated some additional tasks. She provides all her own products used, all organic and mild for pets and older folks. I will use her services again.

Ana did not clean our home. But we have booked her twice and had to cancel BOTH times. The first time we were in labor and our newborn son was born. The second, we had an incident at our apartment, that prevented her from coming in. Both times she was very understanding and pleasant In her response. I’m sure her cleaning is just as good as her work ethic and professionalism. Ana is always quick to respond to any questions and in my experience can be booked quickly for a cleaning.

Ana and her team are outstanding! I asked her to clean my late grandfather’s house that had been severely neglected for a long time.
She cleaned the house better than my wildest dreams. It was a tough job, but she did it with joy. She even thanked me when she was finished.
I would give her ten stars if the app allowed it. You can’t go wrong by using Anna’s professional services.

I had Ana's do a move-out cleaning for my Son so I didn't meet with her personally, but the report I got was very positive and she and her team went above and beyond expectations in the kitchen without charging extra. She certainly could have and we would have gladly paid but she was awesome. I would consider having her do my house once a month but I doubt she comes to Mather.

I charge per job/ flat price. All prices are on my price list (move out/in services).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We agree about time and type of service provided. After the job is completed, an invoice is sent to customer's email.
For commercial cleaning is required an agreement or contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IAP Career College, Cleaning Business Owner Certificate.
I am a former clinical psychologist (15 y. of experience).
