- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the home, current condition, and the exact scope of work. We always try to provide a clear estimate upfront before the appointment. Some services, such as oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, interior cabinets, windows, heavy buildup, pet hair, and deep stain removal, may be priced separately. For upholstery cleaning, we may offer a first-time customer discount when available. Final pricing may slightly adjust on-site if the job requires significantly more work than expected, but we always discuss everything with the customer before starting any additional work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we review the customer’s request and ask a few important questions about the home, service type, condition, and any special areas that need attention. Photos are always helpful for providing a more accurate estimate. After that, we confirm the scope of work, approximate price, date, and arrival time. On the day of service, we walk through the job, answer any questions, and make sure expectations are clear before we begin. Our goal is to provide detailed, reliable cleaning and make the whole process simple and comfortable for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 9 years of hands-on experience in residential cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning, and upholstery cleaning. We have completed training on proper cleaning techniques, safe product use, equipment handling, and professional upholstery extraction. We understand how to choose and apply the right cleaning chemistry for different surfaces, fabrics, stains, and types of buildup. We also stay familiar with modern cleaning products and methods to provide safe, effective, and detailed results. Our team focuses on quality control, attention to detail, and consistent cleaning standards for every job.
