$199/mo - 1 hour weekly training session $249/mo - 2 (30 min) weekly sessions $299/mo - 3 (30 min) weekly sessions * Prices include initial 1 hour consultation prior to training * Virtual training only
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you've made the decision to utilize my services, I'll send over a health/history questionnaire via email for you to fill out before our 1-hour virtual consultation. Following our consultation, I'll craft a personalized fitness and nutrition plan tailored to your goals and current physical condition, which will be ready within one week. We'll then review this plan in detail during your first training session. Looking forward to helping you achieve your health and fitness aspirations!
