I appreciate Mr. Tom Redmond's competitive pricing, knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. In addition, I appreciate Mr. Redmond's ability to arrive on time and his determination to complete the project professionally and within the time frames we discussed.
Mr. Tom Redmond and company were hired to rejuvenate my 1100 square feet patio and backyard walkway. Mr. Tom Redmond's knowledge, experience, proper tools to perform the tasks, and attention to detail made this a pleasant experience. I will use “THUMBTACK” for other professional services

Mr. Tom Redmond and company were hired to rejuvenate my 1100 square feet patio and backyard walkway. I give Mr. Tom Redmond and company five stars for excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Mr. Tom Redmond and company did the following to improve the appearance of my backyard walkway and backyard patio:
1. Tuesday, 8/12 2025, Color fast test, making it easier for me to decide what colors
2. Monday 8/18 Power-washed patio and backyard walkway
3. Tuesday 8/19 Used chemicals to remove the old sealer
4. Tuesday 8/19 Power-washed a 2nd time to remove the residual sealer
5. Wednesday 8/20 He applied a Brick red stain for the concrete surface, and Medium grey for the outer bands around the concrete surface.
6. Let the stain dry for 48 hours, due to the extreme heat 104, had to wait till temp low 90’s
7. 8/27 Applied a low-sheen sealant to the backyard walkway and patio
8. Cleaned the area and hauled away all waste material
This was a great investment in my property. I highly recommend Tom Redmond’s Concrete Repair and Maintenance company to anyone requiring professional landscaping and masonry.

I give Mr. Tom Redmond and his concrete repair and maintenance company five stars for excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction. I appreciate Mr. Tom Redmond's competitive pricing, knowledge, expertise, punctuality, and determination to complete the project professionally and within the time frames discussed. Mr. Tom Redmond and company were hired to rejuvenate my three-car garage. He was asked to repair the concrete garage floor and surrounding stones, paint the garage walls and ceiling, and apply epoxy to the garage floor.
Mr. Tom Redmond and company did the following to improve the appearance of my Garage
1. On Friday, August 29, 2025, he repaired the defaults in the garage concrete floors and the stone surrounding them. He also power-washed the garage concrete floors.
2. Saturday, August 30, 2025, he prepped the walls and ceilings for painting
3. Sunday, August 31, 2025, he painted the garage walls and ceiling “Agreeable Grey” with “Extra white” trim to the garage doors.
4. Friday, September 05, 2025, he painted the garage lower borders a brick red. He also power-washed the garage concrete floors a second time
5. On Saturday, September 6, 2025, He applied a base coat of “Network grey color” Epoxy on the concrete garage floor. He immediately broadcast the “ Blue Chip Creak” decorative flakes over the wet surface. The garage floor surface was allowed to dry for 24 hours.
6. Sunday, September 7, 2025, He applied a “Clear Epoxy” top coat to encapsulate, protect, and lock in the resin flakes to the garage floor.
7. As recommended, I will wait seven days before parking in my garage.
High-quality paint for the garage walls can last 8-10 years, and epoxy for garage floors in California can last 10-20 years. This was a great investment in my property.
I highly recommend Tom Redmond’s Concrete Repair and Maintenance company to anyone requiring professional landscaping and masonry. I would use him again.

Tom and his team did a terrific job replacing a concrete slab and sloping it correctly to fix prior issues. Tom was generous with his time in answering questions, explaining the process and how things worked. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and communicates in a timely fashion. Tom took pride in doing a thorough job and was happy to go above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I would certainly hire him again for future projects.
