- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only charge for time and material vs. companies that make bids that can cost 2 to 3 times as much.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Majored in Fire Science in college and worked construction and home security for both Protection One and ADT. For your family safety sake only use photoelectric smoke alarms or combo photoelectric / C0 alarms and for best protection a monitored Photo / Heat alarm that most home security companies provide . The ionization alarms that are in majority of homes because they cost less and have no warning label that these type alarms do not activate in low temp smoldering smoke conditions will not wake your family up in time and have resulted in over 300,000 smoke inhalation deaths and burn injuries in U.S. alone.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Father bought fixer uppers when I was 17. Over 25 years experience in all phases of home construction and handyman services.
