He is very polite and very responsive with good listening skills while I explain my sprinkler problems. He acknowledged my deafness by allowing me to use an iPhone translator. He talked normally and clearly while I read the messages he made. I enjoyed his presence. Appreciate him for what he has become a good represent for the company he works for.

It was truly a pleasure working with Mark and his brother. We were very impressed with their outstanding service, kindness, professionalism and excellent communication. They helped us replace old sprinkler valves that were leaking. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient & meticulous, and took the time to help answer any questions. The work was performed exceptionally well. They were very kind to inspect the sprinkler system after and helped us identify and cap a leak in the drip irrigation that we were not aware of. We sincerely appreciate the exceptional work, professionalism and commitment to excellence and highly recommend First Class Irrigation.

Mark came on time and gave me a fair price. The work he did was amazing, installing new valves along with fixing up my sprinklers. You can tell he loves what does. I recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Very methodical & right away knew the valves that did NOT cause loud water pipe knocking were Hunter brand & not Irritrol that I had mis-remembered. Changed out the bad Rainbirds for Hunter btand & much much better. Forgot to get estimate on changing backyard sprinkler heads to more water efficient ones.
