Roman and his team are simply outstanding.
I asked him to attempt to save my grandfather’s pool. It had been neglected for years and was quite frankly a health hazard, unbelievable eyesore, and an embarrassment.
Other pool services had quoted tens of thousands of dollar to clean it up. I found Roman here on thumbtack and he indicated that he could get the pool back in service for less than a thousand dollars. I did my best to communicate just how bad the pool was through the app, but Eoman was not prepared for what he saw when he arrived a few days later. His first words were, “this is the worst I’ve ever seen.”
That was all he said. He didn’t complain. He didn’t ask for more money. He stuck by his estimate and got to work.
Today the pool is in perfect shape back in service.
I can’t recommend H2O Pool Care strongly enough. He did such a great job I paid him a bonus and established an annual contract for his continuing service.
