We hired Victor to tear out an old bathroom floor and replace it with a new one. After speaking with Victor, we knew right away that he was very knowledgeable about tile installation. He was punctual, worked hard, he kept the work area clean, and the end result was a beautiful bathroom floor. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

I work with all my customers to NEGOTIATE the best price while still guaranteeing a job well done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon being contacted, I first like to get as many details as possible of what is to be done. Often, my customers like to meet in person which is preferable because I like to take exact measurements to assure that the quote is as fair as possible. Sometimes, if the customer has good details and/or photos I will discuss via phone/text/e-mail. Quotes are ALWAYS free with Garcia Tile & Stone. Once a quote is given, I am always open to answering as many additional questions as needed. I am negotiable and will always attempt to come to an agreement that ensures fairness, quality and satisfaction at 100%.
