Technician showed up promptly at 8AM. It's hard to get someone so early. Had my AC repaired by 9:30. As he had to do a parts run I'd say not bad. Price was reasonable considering the current economic situation.

Fixed my AC same day! Victor was great , professional, and was honest about my AC problems, didn’t try to sell me, just good customer service and problem solving. Thought we needed a whole new unit based on what our maintenance guys told us last year, but Victor said nope, our system is great.
