We were very pleased with the final look of our yard. We had a lot of overgrown weeds that needed to be maintained. Jacob listened to what we asked for and delivered a wonderful expectation. Had an overgrowth of weeds in both front and back yard areas. Bushes and shrubs needed trimming. Dead bushes needed removal and minor pruning. Contacted and met with Jacob to discuss project. Once project defined we scheduled work. Jacob and team came and did a wonderful job. The front and back yard cleared of weeds and bushes and shrubs nicely trimmed. Jacob was easy to work with, answered our questions and restored the yards to a manicured look. I would have no hesitation calling him again for additional yard work.

Jacob was a professional from start to finish - he reached out immediately and was able to swing by for a quote within a day. He was quick to follow up with pricing and timing. Jacob is very responsive and professional. He was on time for our consult and honest about the job. He convinced us not to redo our entire backyard and that it just needed to be cleaned up. He said he was super busy and it would be a few days before he could provide a quote. He was able to send us formal quote in 24 hours. Not just a text or email. We wanted a little to no maintained front yard design and clean up in the back. Price was right so we moved forward. He finished the job with his team in a couple days and we’re happy with how it turned out.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process I take my customers through is first I set a day to come meet with them and look at the job. After I meet with them it either takes me a day or two to send them a bid. Once they receive the bid then they let me know their decision. If they decide to hire me, I then ask them for a 10% Deposit to block date off. A week before the job commence I ask for another 40% of the amount to buy materials needed for the job. Once job is complete the amount due is paid in full.
