We're very happy with this company. They were great to work with all the way around. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and we were able to work around my work hours. Sergio was punctual, arriving early on the first visit, and right on time the second visit. He is knowledgeable, did a great job installing a new garage door opener, and he took the time to show me how to work the new device. No hidden or tacked on fees. Very happy with our new, smoothly running garage door opener, and working with Sergio!

As a seasoned black woman who entrusted and purchased a new garage door from R&Q Overhead Doors approximately 3 to 4 years ago, I'm still singing their 👏🏾 👏🏾because Mr. Sergio stands by his work and is willing to stop by to address issues that may occur after purchase. I knew very little about garage doors other than I knew it was going to be costly. However, my HOA was demanding replacement. Honestly, I felt as a woman, this is another area, (like auto repair costs), that I maybe taken advantage of. After a recommendation from my neighbor, I was so impressed with Mr Sergio from R&Q who professionally explained why my current garage door had to go. Next, He explained Overhead Doors advanced sensor technology with documents and further discussions were about how the cost of the new garage door was affordable for me. I did not feel intimidated. I'm a happy camper today and still satisfied with my decision to purchased R&Q Overhead Doors. Hopefully, this comment will encourage🙏🏾other women when purchasing garage door in the future.
