This is first time I use thumbtack. Elijah approached me and explained to his process and guarantee of finish the job. During his first visit he identified the problem. Also he found out my treadmill has life time warranty on motor. He even call Sole for me. With his credibility Sole agreed to send me parts without second word. After parts arrived he replaced them during 2nd visit. He also gave me 30 day warranty on his service.
