- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended many in-house and manufacturer classes. Full certification on HP, Dell and most IBM devices.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had an uncle that was a computer service specialist and decided to attended Control Data Institute in Anaheim, Ca. in 1987. Best decision that I ever made!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Software installation and troubleshooting. Data recovery after a system crash. Back-up and reimage. Virus removal and system health check. Any brand laptop, workstation, desktop or server break/fix.
