- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dance instruction: I offer a discount to students who book two hours in a row with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Dance instruction: I first want to know what my student's goals are, expectations and what experience they have if any. I work with all levels however, I specialize in training the beginner dancer with zero knowledge and experience. I then typically ask students to send me their song choice if I am doing a choreography or a wedding dance. I also consult with students on music choices. Sometimes certain songs are not the best to dance to. Finally we set up a time and location for the lessons. I typically travel to my student's location or location of choice, however I can rent studio space which is an additional cost and sometimes limited in available times. Then we dance! :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former professional ballroom dancer and a current professional belly dancer. I have studied ballroom dance, Egyptian belly dance, American tribal style belly dance, Brazilian samba, Persian dance,Iraqi dance, Bollywood, hip hip, and popping.
