Jose was quick to respond to my blocked drain line issue and provided a complimentary camera and drain inspection & quickly identified the problem. He also gave me good, honest advice throughout the entire process. Very professional and knowledgeable for any plumbing needs, small or large

Jose, was very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done, and was able to show and explain to me the issues I had with my plumbing. He gave me options on what can be done as well as the cost to each option. I am very thankful and would recommend him to anyone having problems with their plumbing or gas line.

I had a main drainpipe clogged at my rental house causing backup in the bathrooms and kitchen inside the property. Ricky at J.R. Rooter and Plumbing came out within a few hours and used a hydro jetter to clear the clog all the way from the front of the house to the city connection. Ricky sent several photos of the camera making its way through the tree roots and other debris. I was impressed with the professional manner and quick response handled by J.R. Rooter and plumbing, Inc and would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Details: Yes, repair is urgent • Only one drain has issues • Slow draining • Gurgling sounds • Unpleasant odor • House

Jose responded to my inquiry right away and showed up at my house within an hour to check for a leak in my pipes.
He went to work right away trying to figure out the problem. He is detail oriented, very honest and didn’t charge me for the initial service call. I will definitely hire Jose again for any future plumbing issues.

Details: Leaking or burst pipes or appliances • Crawl space • Other location • Need professional's assessment • House
