I needed a new tankless water heater which stopped working today I called J.R Rooter and Plumbing and they responded within 30 minutes and had Richard come out within an hour to diagnose the issue . As it turned out I needed a new unit. He made some calls and was able to get a new unit with an hour and came back and replaced it the same day . He and his team were professional, neat and did excellent work. Amazingly we had hot water and a new unit the same day as we had the issue. We have found our new plumbers

Jose was on time, very friendly, professional, and quick to get the job done. I didnt have a big job for him, but he is still willing to do it. I feel like he treated the small job as important as big job. he also gave some nice advice for the things that I never cared. I will definitely recommend him for any plumbing related jobs.

Jose did a great job fixing my plumbing. He came in and did a camera line inspection, gave his honest feedback and provided flexibility in price points. Through out the service, he did everything as expected and maintained great communication every step of the way. The clean up was also immaculate. Jose is trustworthy and I’m definitely glad I found my go to plumber.
