FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat-rate pricing for common repairs like toilets, faucets, and drywall patches. Larger jobs are quoted after an on-site evaluation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the details of your project and asking a few clarifying questions if needed. Once I understand the scope of work, I’ll provide an estimated price range and confirm availability. For most jobs, I confirm the final price on-site before starting so there are no surprises. I complete the work efficiently, clean up the area when finished, and review everything with you before payment is collected. Clear communication and reliable workmanship are my priorities from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and experience in residential plumbing, home repairs, and municipal water systems. I previously worked as a plumber’s apprentice, where I gained experience with fixture installation, repairs, and general home maintenance. I also worked in water distribution for a municipality, which involved system maintenance, troubleshooting, and following strict safety and quality standards. My background has given me a strong understanding of how home systems work and the importance of doing repairs correctly and safely.
