Introduction: I am a full service bartender who do setup to cleanup. I have worked all types of events and been involved in all phases. I can recommend what you need and even offer up suggestions of ideas on what and how to serve. As a tender in the area, I run into people all the time that say they miss seeing me behind the bar, had lots of loyal customers that would come to see me on a regular basis. Not phony sweet, just genuine and can talk on just about any subject and to anyone. I know the business and pride myself in etiquette, down to how to grab a glass properly and always saying thank you.
