First, I greeted by Paige and her positive energy and beautiful smile immediately, I knew that this was going to be a great massage. We first discussed where the stress points were, past injuries and what physical exercise-fitness-yoga program I currently partake in.
Truly, you are basking in an environment that is quiet and relaxing the studio itself is located among the coastal oaks, in South County. With the pleasant and relaxing smells of the surroundings, you are ushered into the studio where you are treated to soothing meditative music and candles to help you feel very welcomed and the relaxation process has already started.
Paige, is one of those delightful and knowledgeable massage therapist, where she is a partner in your healing rather than a person providing a service. I truly recommend the 1.5 -2 hr massage offering, as that will afford Paige to take her time to work those knots in your body.
My first massage with Paige was so effective I felt very relaxed and many of the world borne tensions were reduced or completely eliminated from my body and soul. It is a rare gift to find a massage therapist that can read you, your body and be able to immediately render relief short term and long term.
I am very grateful for the outstanding treatments I received from Paige. She is a master at providing acupressure, yoga moves, deep massage, hot stones, shiatsu and myofascial release.
