- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All work performed is preceded by an estimate. Any work item or discovery that may exceed the estimate is discussed or agreed to in advance of additional charges are incurred.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting to review work to be performed. Often, a project plan including drawings are prepared and reviewed prior to work commencement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All from hands on experience. Some specialty skills were obtained through training from another professional.
