FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope, but most of our work falls within standard ranges based on the type of project. For example, recessed lighting installs are usually straightforward when there’s attic access, while panel upgrades and EV chargers vary depending on capacity and wiring distance. I keep pricing clear and upfront—once I review photos or take a quick look, I can confirm everything so there are no surprises. I work primarily with homeowners and also take on small commercial projects with similar straightforward setups.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and efficient. Most projects can be pre-qualified through photos or a quick video, which saves time and avoids unnecessary visits. Once I confirm the setup, I’ll outline the scope and schedule the work—often within a few days. The goal is always a clean, professional installation done right the first time. For larger projects like panel upgrades or EV chargers, I also handle permits and inspections when required. I mainly work with residential customers, but I use the same process for small commercial spaces to keep things efficient and minimally disruptive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed C-10 electrical contractor with over 15 years of experience working on electrical systems in California. My background includes residential and commercial electrical upgrades, along with energy efficiency and system planning work. I focus on proper load calculations, safe installations, and making sure systems are built to support modern electrical demands.
