Anissa and her team were absolutely wonderful to work. Communication was always reciprocated quickly. We were so appreciative of the ways they worked with us and our venue. We did not have one worry or thought about bartending throughout our wedding, attendees were happy with the pours and efficiency of any line going quickly! We are so glad they were a part of our day and how it ran smoothly!

We REALLY loved having Bottle & Ice at our wedding. Anissa went out of her way to serve me and my new husband! She'd come out from behind the bar just to find us and ask if we need anything throughout the night. My dad also told me she remembered his drink and guests commented on how nice she was and how she danced all night while working. Things like this made us VERY happy with our choice to hire Bottle & Ice.
My one recommendation is regarding their tiping set up. We opted for the tip jar option and Bottle & Ice put out signs for credit card tiping options- which is fine- but i guess the way they were put up were confusing and some guests told me they thought they had to purchase their drinks and thus avoided going to the bar. I dont remember seeing the sign (i think i only went to the bar once) but if there was a more clear way for them to be posted just for tips, i think it would enhance our guests bar experience with Bottle & Ice.
Overall we were very happy and impressed. Thank you so much for working at our wedding!

Anissa at Bottles and Ice was a fantastic wedding planner! She was so helpful with suggesting other vendors (she has a lot of connections in the community) and getting me in contact with them. She was super flexible, meeting with us whenever we needed or we could just shoot each other texts/emails regularly; she had a very quick response time. We were able to make changes multiple times, by adding services, adding guests, etc. and she was very accommodating of all of our changes! She is enthusiastic about weddings and genuinely wanted to help make our lives easier and make everything flow well on our wedding day!! Anissa was able to put in extra time at the venue on the day of the wedding because I was stressed about possibly not having a day of contact person on the premises while I was preoccupied with getting ready. Literally anything that we didn't think we would have a person to take care of, she readily volunteed to do, like our cake cutting for example! That's was just the wedding planning side, we hired Bottles and Ice for our bar service as well, and the bartenders were knowledgeable, quick, and accommodating. I would highly recommend Anissa as a wedding planner, she was so fun and easy to work with. I would also recommend Bottles and Ice bartending service, you won't be disappointed! Our day was perfect and we can't thank Anissa and the Bottles and Ice staff enough!

Thank you Anissa for serving at our wedding in June! We were thinking, eh, do we really need a bartender? We have already spent so much money, and it's just beer and wine...but, our caterer suggested we book Anissa. So, we did, and I am so so glad we did! How dumb of us to think we didn't need her! She was super responsive to emails, super nice and attentive to our guests, and she even drove a few of our guests home - how awesome is that? I wish I would have gotten a chance to talk to her more, because I can tell she is just a great person and enjoys what she does. I highly recommend Bottles & Ice and suggest you book her now!

Anissa did such an amazing job from start to finish. She responded immediately when I first was looking for a bartender and answered every question I had promptly. She explained how much alcohol I would need and was good about adjusting for our type of crowd. She was very friendly on the day of service at my daughter's wedding and everyone loved her. 5 stars for sure and I will use her again, without question, should the need arise in the future.
