Our furnace went out on thanksgiving morning, just as we were about to leave town. I was able to leave a message with a very thorough answering service, get a call back the next day, schedule service for when wed return, and they had it fixed in less than two hours at a very reasonable price!

Joe-Joe came to the house and was friendly and knowledgeable. He told me straight about what was going on and why. Went under the house where the heater is located, was able to survey the whole scene, and tell me about what was happening. Bee Right There seemed to me to be a reputable and proficient company. I was only charged the $89 initial fee to come out and do a check on the heater and surroundings. Additional work needs to be done, and I was given different choices to decide on.
