Introduction: My massage therapy sessions are a combination of deep tissue, swedish, table thai and injury care. I am an intuitive body worker. Therefore every appointment is different, because every "body" is different!
Healing others and helping them achieve a better quality of life "holistically" with out medication or surgery! It is very empowering for my client's. As well as cost effective.

Been working with Lavona for about 8 months. I gave her a list of all my major physical issues and she immediately developed custom private yoga session's for me. The results and benefits of Yoga were amazingly fast . Every issue I had was resolved with consistent practice and dedication.
