I have been seeing Vicki Witt Nutritionist since Mid January 2022, I didn’t know what to eat and when, I was always hungry, had frequent head aches, low energy, and no motivation. Vicki has helped get me on track again, she is very knowledgeable, kind and invested in my health. Vicki was referred to me by my primary physician who is a top notch MD herself. Vicki is an outstanding nutritionist who has crafted a program that stands heads and shoulders above anything else I have tried before. I am a 54 year old male, I have been working with her for 1 month and the results have been above my expectations in terms of body fat loss and general well-being. Vicki doesn’t stop at “what’s going on” but dogs deep, like a detective, into “why” something is going on and addresses the root of the problem. She is very science based and has deep knowledge about hormones and their inner workings. Her program includes hundreds of easy food ideas for people on the go and for those who want to cook. *** JUST DO IT *** If you're really after results, Vicki will tailor a simple plan for you and closely monitor your progress along the way. The best part of Vicki's program is her support. She's very realistic with her approach as you onboard her program, and she gives you helpful/engaging feedback on your challenges. As my nutritional experience evolves along the way, Vicki will be my only contact for support. Her program flat-out works!

I thought that I was doing everything right with my workouts 3 times a day/5 days a week and "eating healthy". Vicki came in and gave me a dose of reality. LOL! She was able to show me what I was doing wrong but also link my meals to the impact they have to my hormones now that I am one year away from 50 years of age. She helped me come up with the meal plan that I wanted but still stayed within the nutrition guideline that she had set for me. I lost a good percentage of fat and also gained a great percentage of muscle. She is super sweet, kind, patient and very knowledgeable about nutrition. You cannot look at hiring a nutritionist or even a personal trainer as an expense. It's life investment and well worth the investment I may add. The 3 month investment nutrition plan was well worth it and have everything that I need to continue to move forward. I normally don't give feedback EVER!! LOL!! But I had to give feedback for Vicki. Thanks Vicki for all your help!! :)

Hi Rita, I have never worked with anyone on a nutritional weight loss program and I didn’t think I would like it but I was willing to give it a try. Well, I was definitely wrong because The plan developed by Vicki Witt for me was perfect! It was the first time in years I have been able to lose weight and keep it off. There is a definite science to this program and it really “Works”!! Vick gives you so much information and all the tools you need to get great results.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    MANY LEVELS AND LENGTHS OF SUPPORT: Because I have many levels and lengths of support, please book a FREE Nutrition Assessment to run through what will work best for you and your budget. I offer discounts and packages. Details on appointment types and packages are on my website at the CONSULTATION tab. The packages are bundled so your appointments will be much less per appointment in a package.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    STEP 1: I offer a FREE nutrition assessment so we can run how my highly successful, custom eating plans work, what is involved, the hormonal interplay, and the best options for you and your budget. I have many levels and lengths of support to choose from. I'm sure we can find something that will work great for you. STEP 2: Once you have decided on the right program of you, we will book the 1 hour Food Design appointment and run through WHEN you will be eating (based on your schedule), HOW MUCH protein/carb/fat your body needs at each meal and snack, and WHAT protein/carb/fat you will be eating at each meal and snack. I will put together the structure and then 'you' decide on what foods you would like to put into that structure with my guidance. We will workshop this until you are completely happy with what you will be doing. STEP 3: 1 week later we will start 30 minute support consultations that will involve dietary, clinical, hormonal, behavioural, stress management, exercise support.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    3 DEGREE'S AND 25+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: I have a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Food Science with a minor in Exercise Physiology, a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Nutrition, a Graduate Diploma in Herbal Medicine, and am a Reiki master in 2 streams of Reiki. I have worked in restaurant kitchens and cafe's and have a large range of creative and delicious recipes and food idea's. I am professionally registered as a Clinical Nutritionist and have over 25 years’ experience working in weight loss, hormonal control through diet, allergies, and athletic performance. For registration as a Nutritionist, it is a requirement to partake in continued education each year. I subscribe to journals, participate in webinars, constantly read relevant books and research. I have a passion for being up to date with nutrition and weight loss and am constantly integrating cutting edge technology and knowledge into my eating plans.
