FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private coaching starts at $1,000 per month. The Trust Your Body Protocol is a personalized, 90-day program for women over 70 who want to build strength, move with greater confidence, and keep enjoying their lives. Private online training starts at twice a week, with options to work together three or four days per week. Every session is live and one-on-one, with my undivided attention and instruction tailored to your abilities, comfort, and goals. Your program includes an initial movement assessment, progress reviews at days 30, 60, and 90, and ongoing adjustments as we learn what your body needs. You will have clear instruction with me—and clear direction without me. During our sessions, I teach you how to engage your core, strengthen the muscles supporting your hips and knees, and practice walking and everyday movements with greater control. I watch your technique, explain what you should feel, and adjust your exercises in real time. Between sessions, you receive specific activities to practice, with clear guidance on how often to do them and how they support your goals. Your plan can include: • Gentle movements and stretches when you wake up. • What to do before training to prepare your body. • Exercises and walking practice appropriate for your abilities. • What to do after workouts to support recovery. • Practical guidance on supportive workout shoes. • Sleep-position and pillow-support options that may improve comfort. • Simple habits around hydration, meals, rest, and daily movement to support your energy. If you have questions about joint creams or other pain-relief products, I help you identify what to ask your pharmacist or healthcare provider. Your comfort matters from the first week. If you experience pain, we address it by adjusting movements, identifying comfortable alternatives, and giving you clear instructions about what to practice and what to stop. When symptoms need medical or physical therapy attention, I will direct you back to the appropriate professional. Pain relief varies, but you will not be left guessing about how to proceed with your exercises. This is a complete program and an ongoing coaching relationship. I do not sell single sessions or offer drop-ins. The initial 90-day commitment gives us time to understand how you move, build consistency, track your progress, and work toward the goals that matter to you. That might mean getting out of your favorite chair more easily. Feeling steadier walking outside. Managing stairs with greater confidence. Or saying yes to a vacation you have been putting off. Whether you are arranging coaching for yourself or helping your mother get started, this is personalized attention that extends beyond the time we spend exercising together. For context: assisted living runs about $6,200 a month. A hip replacement without insurance runs around $40,000. This program costs a fraction of one month of what you are trying to avoid, and instead of managing a decline you are reversing one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a 15-minute call so I can hear what daily activities have gotten more challenging for you. If we are a fit, you get a full assessment before your first session. I measure upper body strength, lower body strength, mobility, core stability, balance and range of motion, so we both know exactly where you are starting. We progress through three phases: • Establish your foundation: Assess your movement, understand your goals, and learn techniques suited to your current abilities. • Build strength and control: Develop core engagement, leg and hip strength, balance, and walking confidence at an appropriate pace. • Apply your progress: Practice the movements that support your daily routines and the activities you want to enjoy. We repeat the assessment at 30, 60 and 90 days so your progress is a number, not a feeling.
