I had several preventative plumbing tasks (replacing two shutoff, a PRV, a Kohler flush assembly, a shower drain screen that was frozen, and ~16 year old hot water heater). Bobby recommended a Bradford White water heater, which received a good AI endorsement, and addressed all the punch list items within a reasonable timeframe. Another vendor wanted ~$2-3k more for similar work, although I dont know the suggested water heater. Bobby did not recommend a tankless water heater given our limited hot water needs and high cost of installation.
