- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do an introductory lesson that is 45-60 minutes. Most of that time is a lesson tailored to the level of the student, and the last few minutes is spent discussing studio policy, including how to log into their student portal on the website, how to book studio practice time and methods of payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in music education and I often attend conferences geared toward music educators. I have been in bands for many years and I like to pass along the things I have learned through my experiences performing.
